Choose one vocalist or jazz musician not covered in class.
Write a three to four page word processed paper in which you do the following.
1) Summarize the major events of the artist’s life.
2) Summarize the artist’s major musical accomplishments.
3) Provide a five item bibliography.
Note: A "bibliography" is a list of books and articles about the artist. You may use Internet sources.
Note: Please use sources responsibly. You must indicate where your information comes from, even when paraphrasing.
If you "borrow" information without indicating where you got it, your grade will be lowered.
You must not copy information from internet sites.
