Please write about one of the following.
In The Da Vinci Code, the painting The Last Supper is much discussed. Teabing, and even Langdon, assert that this painting reveals Mary Magdalen's true place in the life of Jesus and Christianity more generally. Based upon our examination of this and other paintings in class, articulate and explain your view of this issue. The more detailed you can be in discussing details from the book, the better.
Discuss the issue of "verisimilitude" in The Da Vinci Code. In what ways does the author write a very realistic book while at times playing a little loose with the facts? The more specific you can be in discussing details from the book, the better.
