We understand the feeling of illiteracy, looking at these signs, but you can see "Coca Cola" and the Pepsi symbol, and there is "M.D. Master of Delicious" on one sign.

This is the street sign for the road on which we lived at the university. (It was nice to have it in Roman characters as well.)
