Nancy LaMott is not, strictly speaking (or even loosely speaking) a "jazz" singer. However, this nice album of Johnny Mercer songs (from 1992) has a very jazzy flavor to it.

Sadly, Nancy LaMott died in 1996 at age 42. She recorded four or five albums, and would certainly have made many more.
