ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE:

     Assistant Professor, UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH AT BRADFORD, Bradford, PA, 
          August 1995 to Present.  Visiting Professor 1994-95.  Adjunct 
          instructor 1993-94.  Duties: Full-time instruction of computer
          science and information systems' curriculum, development of
          associate degree program in information systems, and technology
          committee work.  The coursework emphasis is in domains of system
          analysis and design, telecommunications, management information 
          systems, computer literacy, database management systems,
          electronic spreadsheets, word processing, electronic mail, 
          Internet and World-Wide Web networking, Windows, and MS-DOS.  In
          addition, presented the first full-semester class via
          interactive television (ITV) at the campus.

     College Lecturer, JAMESTOWN COMMUNITY COLLEGE, OLEAN CAMPUS,
          Olean, NY, January 1994 to May 1995.
          Duties: Part-time instruction of computer science curriculum.  The 
          emphasis of the coursework is with regard to system analysis and
          design and introduction to computer science.

     College Instructor, ALLEGHENY RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER,
          Bradford, PA,  April 1994 to Present.
          Duties:  Instruction of computer literacy curriculum for Job Link 
          program.  Course emphasis includes Word Perfect, Excel, Lotus
          1-2-3, MS-DOS, Windows, and microcomputing.

     Teaching Fellow, UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS, Denton, TX, August 1990 to 
          July 1993.
          Duties:  Instruction of introductory information systems' curriculum.
          The emphasis of the coursework is with regard to MIS concepts,
          system analysis and design, database management systems,
          electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and MS-DOS.
          Responsible for the co-development and system administration of
          the network-based placement, interview scheduling, and messaging 
          system for the International Conference on Information Systems.
          Served as COBOL teaching assistant.

     Associate, COMPUTER WORKSHOPS, New Wilmington, PA, April 1986 to Present.
          Duties:  Instruction of budgeting and finance to executive-level 
          university administrators in a seminar situation at locations
          throughout the United States. Instruction is operationalized through 
          the use of Lotus 1-2-3, Harvard Graphics, dBase and MS-DOS.

     College Instructor, OLEAN BUSINESS INSTITUTE, Olean, NY, August 1983 to 
          May 1990.
          Duties:  Instruction of entire microcomputer application curriculum, 
          Introduction to Marketing, and Money and Banking.  Responsible
          for on-going development of academic and administrative computer
          applications, selection and maintenance of all academic computer
          hardware and software, and serving as faculty advisor to
          the Student Activities Senate.

          Duties:  Instruction of bank data processing courses with emphasis 
          on Lotus 1-2-3, MS-DOS, and microcomputing.

     Computer Consultant, CASE INFORMATION SERVICES, Olean, NY, October
          1984 to Present.
          Duties:  Part-time computer consultant for approximately thirty 
          business firms. Consultation activities encompass entire system 
          development life cycle and include system analysis, design,
          programming, hardware selection and maintenance, employee
          training, networking, and system maintenance.  Application
          development is primarily in the accounting, inventory,
          database, and Material Resource Planning arenas.

     Team Leader, MDS LABORATORIES, Olean, NY, May 1984 to July 1988.
          Duties:  Responsible for management of teams of employees working at
          AMBA blood programs throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and
          West Virginia. Act as a liaison between lab and site program
          coordinator. Responsible for administrative functions at each
          site.
