ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE:
Assistant Professor, UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH AT BRADFORD, Bradford, PA,
August 1995 to Present. Visiting Professor 1994-95. Adjunct
instructor 1993-94. Duties: Full-time instruction of computer
science and information systems' curriculum, development of
associate degree program in information systems, and technology
committee work. The coursework emphasis is in domains of system
analysis and design, telecommunications, management information
systems, computer literacy, database management systems,
electronic spreadsheets, word processing, electronic mail,
Internet and World-Wide Web networking, Windows, and MS-DOS. In
addition, presented the first full-semester class via
interactive television (ITV) at the campus.

Duties: Part-time instruction of computer science curriculum. The
emphasis of the coursework is with regard to system analysis and

Teaching Fellow, UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS, Denton, TX, August 1990 to
July 1993.
Duties: Instruction of introductory information systems' curriculum.
The emphasis of the coursework is with regard to MIS concepts,
system analysis and design, database management systems,
electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and MS-DOS.
Responsible for the co-development and system administration of
the network-based placement, interview scheduling, and messaging
system for the International Conference on Information Systems.

Duties: Instruction of budgeting and finance to executive-level
university administrators in a seminar situation at locations

Duties: Part-time computer consultant for approximately thirty
business firms. Consultation activities encompass entire system
development life cycle and include system analysis, design,
programming, hardware selection and maintenance, employee
training, networking, and system maintenance. Application
development is primarily in the accounting, inventory,
database, and Material Resource Planning arenas.
Team Leader, MDS LABORATORIES, Olean, NY, May 1984 to July 1988.
Duties: Responsible for management of teams of employees working at
AMBA blood programs throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and
West Virginia. Act as a liaison between lab and site program
coordinator. Responsible for administrative functions at each
site.
