In preparing the cash budget for your budget project, you should have had to 
borrow money during at least one quarter and you should have been able to repay
the money in a subsequent quarter.  

As part of the renewal process for your company's line of credit, your banker 
has asked for a cash budget.  Prepare a letter to the banker explaining the 
cash budget, how the numbers were calculated, how large a credit line you feel
you will require, when you will need the cash, and when you will be able
to repay it.
