Dr. Reeder is currently conducting a prospective study designed to
examine predictors of myocardial reinfarction. In this study she is examining women
and men to determine if the probability for reinfarction
is related to risk factors, magnitude of the myocardial infarction, self-efficacy, perceived quality of life, and adherence to the medical
regimen.

Dr. Reeder's research interest is in women's health. She is particularly interested in myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure in women.

Dr. Reeder received her B.S.N. from Howard University. Her M.S. in Nursing and PhD were completed at the University of Maryland. She recently completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.
