Suggestions for Paper Topics

1. Reactions to the "hole argument." There have been at least as many proposals for resolving the hole argument as there have been readers of the argument. Give a systematic inventory of these resolutions. One suggestion for structuring the inventory is to list the assumptions needed to drive the argument to its conclusion. Then catalog the resolution in terms of which assumption or assumptions they negate.

3. What is the significance of Malament-Hogarth spacetimes for the Turing thesis?
