    3. One of the two times I held class in the back of Hemingway's Pub made the press: "Cocktail classroom: Professors bring classes to the bars", Pitt News 13 April 2018.
    4. Spring 2018, I was not personally part of the story, which is no longer available, but one of the Pittsburgh papers cleverly ran an article after the buyout of then Pitt basketball coach Kevin Stallings on what $9.4 million could buy you in Oakland. The very first item was ‘99 tenured professors’ and my picture was used.

The paper uses a picture of an appoint-stream faculty member (me) to accompany the story about tenure-stream faculty's salaries.
