About Sarah Deaton

I am a Pittsburgh native with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton. I currently work for Penske Truck Leasing as an Operational Excellence Project Specialist. My experiences have given me opportunities to work in food manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, and my current role in continuous improvement. I am passionate about women in engineering, co-oping, and work life balance.
