Mental Health--This site, by the National Mental Health Information Center, is a clearinghouse for information and resources, news, and reading material on mental health issues and conditions.
National Center for Health Statistics--provides addresses and price information for obtaining vital records from all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Canal Zone; obtain Birth, Death, Marriage, and Divorce Certificates.
National Eye Institute--health information about care and protection of your eyes, including: Diseases

National Library of Medicine-- provides resources on mental and physical health
