Reviewed the logistic regression analysis and assisted with manuscript preparation for this prospective study evaluating contrast-enhanced mammography-guided biopsy success rates.

An analysis of racial bias in fatal police shootings using publicly reported data. Performed the numerical analysis and generated plots in R, and contributed to the writing of the manuscript.

Preprint of my dissertation’s core contribution. Part of the Model Class Selection project.

A manuscript on how preprocessing shapes what a CNN learns and its capacity to discover novel selection patterns for the task of detecting selective sweeps. Came out of the Selection Inference with CNNs project. Under the mentorship of Lauren Sugden, I conceived the project, wrote and revised the manuscript, and implemented all simulations and code in Python.

Encapsulates my Master’s work in population genetics and computer vision while at Duquesne University.

Constructed and tested a new CNN approach to denoising. Came out of the Learned Regularizers for Image Denoising project.
