On Stream and Classroom

Classroom Sessions will include instruction in fly tying (nymphs, wet flies, dry flies, streamers and terrestrials,) stream entomology, knots and leader construction, and a review of all equipment necessary to get started in fly fishing.

On Stream casting and techniques will take place on the West Branch of the Tunungwant Creek (Delayed Harvest Project) which runs though the University of Pittsburgh Campus. We will also fish on the Kinzua Creek located in the Allegheny National Forest, which is about a 20 minute drive from campus.
