Supercourse had Multilingual lectures from the beginning: http://www.pitt.edu/~super1/lecture/lec0012/index.htm URL for first Supercourse lecture by Ron LaPorte

Google Translate provide translation of Supercourse HTML pages by Google Translate Buttons, including translating of HTML files in lectures.
For example, all the materials at the University of Pittsburgh web site available in multiple languages!
Put URL into Google translate (https://www.pitt.edu/) and follow a link - https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=en&tl=fr&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pitt.edu%2F  this is URL for French - whole Pitt site  available in French! Quality of Google translate for huge web sites is not perfect, but Google Translate for texts (anyone may translate fragments of text(up to 5,000 characters) with better quality up to 2,000.000  characters per month) is better! Besides, during checking French text at the web page - English original is visible!

Recently,  Microsoft made available Microsoft Presentation Translator (Power Point add-in) which translate whole presentation in more than 60 languages and may be downloaded at:

https://microsofttranslator.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1159792-presentation-translator-how-do-i-use-this-to-tra

Example of using this program in translating PowerPoint presentation available here - http://www.pitt.edu/~super1/lecture/lec56121/001.htm

With this add-in most of Supecourse (6,100 lectures) and Science Supercourse lectures (200,000 lectures) may be translated. Translation of Science Supercourse lectures have peculiarities as slides are JPGs of Gifs, which may be translated by image/photo translators as Google Translator App. We proposed another option which includes finding PPT file of lecture you need through  advanced Google search, for example - put into search line, for example "Epidemiology of Diabetes filetype:ppt". There is additional help as you may find more recent lecture on same topic from this or a another author. The last step is to translate PPT file you downloaded using Microsoft Presentation Translator (Power Point add-in).

There are other Translation options for Phones which may be useful for translating and presenting Supercourse materials as images in slides:

• Translate between 109 languages by typing
• Tap to Translate: Copy text in any app and your translation pops up
• Offline: Translate 59 languages when you have no Internet
