We insilled gfp-Pseudomonas in mouse�s lungs and harvested alveolar macrophages by lung lavage methods. We detected the phagocytosed bacteria like this from the mice which got bacteria with pcrV deletional mutation or preincubation with anti-PcrV antibody, but not from the mice infected with wild type P. aeruginosa.
