Counsellors had master�s and doctoral degrees in health education, nutrition, or psychology. Participants asked to submit daily diaries in 1st month and either daily or weekly afterward. 1st month counsellors emailed participants 5x / week. Weekly thereafter to provide feedback.
Weight at baseline, 3, 6, and 12 months in hospital gown at the clinic. ANOVA used. |
