The grading scale assigns points for each clinical indicator in a weighted fashion. The one highest score associated with the observed indicator in each of the six processes and any of the �others� category is added to produce clinical grading scale sum. A conversion table (refer to table shown) permit determination of the likelihood of MH (16).
