Prices

Our products are offered in several ways. We have three main types of breads: bread loafs, individual breads, and seasonal breads. We are proud to offer our bread loafs in different cuts such as: thick slices, regular slices, thin slices, unsliced. Although most of our individual breads are sold individually, we sell by dozens if the bread type is small. Additionally, our company offers seasonal bread types as the holidays and seasons change.

Anadama bread A sweet, cornmeal and molasses based bread. $8.50
Baguette Thin elongated loaf, made of water, flour, yeast, salt. $5.00
Banana bread Dense, made with mashed bananas, often a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread. $7.50
Carrot bread Prepared with grated carrot and carrot juice. $8.50
Ciabatta Enlongated loaf that is broad and flattish. Like a slipper, it should be somewhat collapsed in the middle. $7.50
Fruit bread Moist, fruity quick bread. $10.00
Multigrain bread Bread prepared with more than two types of grain. $9.00
Sesame Light and airy Italian bread with a crunchy crust and sesame seeds. $9.00
Yeast bread Bread that uses yeast as a leavener. This causes the bread to rise, making it light and airy. $8.00

Brioche bread A highly enriched French bread, whose high egg and butter content give it a rich and tender crumb. It has a dark, golden, and flaky crust from an egg wash applied after proofing. $3.50

Plain Croissant A crescent-shaped, layered French roll. The yeast dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a sheet, then bent into a crescent shape. $3.00
Seasonal Bread Panettone Panettone is an Italian type of sweet, circular bread loaf originally from Milan usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year. $25.00
