Payment methods

Our prices are in US dollars. We accept checks and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only). If ordering by mail you can use this book form. Alternatively, you can call your credit card information, after emailing us your order and mailing address.

Shipping and Handling

Our book prices include shipping and handling to mailing addresses or PO boxes in the US. We charge shipping for orders going outside the US ($8.00 is for the first book and $4.00 is for each additional book in the same order). We can also arrange express shipping for domestic orders at an additional charge (please contact us to inquire). Exchange rates and other costs vary continually, so shipping-related prices are subject to change.

Tax

Sales tax must be added on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Pennsylvania.
