Pottery recovered in the late 1990s from Mexicaltzingo, one of the four Culhua señoríos in the Valle de Mexico before the arrival of the Mexica, is analized in this volume. The material comes from archaeological contexts that marked specific historical moments at the site. Most of it can be assigned to the Aztec I, II and III ceramic complexes, between 900 and 1521 B.C.
