greek key, also called a meander: an ornimental motif consisting of continuous band arranged in rectilinear forms.

Other decorative motifs; acanthus, ball flower, beed and reel, beak head, billet molding, chevron, doogtooth, diaper, egg and dart, lozenge, nailhead, scrollwork and twisted ribbon.
