Key Qualifications
David Levintow is a macro economist and regulatory specialist with over 35
years of experience in the design and implementation of policies and
regulations affecting the delivery of economic services to the public
sector. As the Assistant Director, Center for Privatization in Washington,
D.C. responsible for Asia, Near East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and
Soviet Union programs and as the Director of Operations, Center for
Financial Engineering in Development, Mr. Levintow managed privatization
contracts worldwide and specific programs in Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia;
and was a member of project design team for the Sri Lanka Private Investment
in Infrastructure Project. Mr. Levintow provides advice to governments
on policies, institutional design, and best practices in all aspects of
public-private partnerships, BOO/BOT, and the regulatory environment. His
international experience includes work in Malawi, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana,
Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Bangladesh, Thailand, Laos,
Indonesia, Albania, Georgia, Armenia, and the Ukraine. |
