Mr. Rosenberg has over 40 years professional experience with
about 25 years in Africa where he has worked in infrastructure and
industrial projects within both industrialized and developing countries. In
Africa (including East Africa and Tanzania) he has worked in large scale
infrastructure projects covering a full range of services which include:

Mr. Rosenberg has worked
in Eastern Europe, Israel, and Africa in urban and rural projects as well as
in civil and industrial projects. Projects were financed by national
or international funding agencies including the IBRD/IDA, AfDB, UNDP, WHO,
USAID, KfW, and GTZ. He has designed and installed maintenance operating and
reporting systems for a range of public works functions. The majority of
Mr. Rosenberg's assignments have included counterpart training and training
sessions on selected topics. As part of these projects he has defined
investment needs, alternatives and priorities analysis, establishment of
budgetary frameworks, and technical assistance. He has exhibited excellent
experience in international agencies procedures for procurement of goods,
works and services.
He has performed
evaluation of tenders for works, goods and services; also pre-qualification
of contractors and consulting firms. Has managed consulting activities of
US$ 1.4 million per year and managed staff of up to 25-30 professionals. He
has excellent knowledge of FIDIC and ACE contracts. He has carried out
long-term/residence assignments in Ghana, Romania, Nigeria, Israel, and
short term assignments and Project overseen in Ethiopia, Sierra Leone,
Zaire, Tanzania, and Ghana, Burkina Faso,
Liberia, Togo, and Cameroon. |
