This presentation will discuss strategies to help various types of personalities work together to promote both personal and team success. Methods of communication, how to balance workloads, and ways of inspiring creativity will be discussed.

About Nancy Zupick

Nancy Zupick is the Product and Consulting Manager for Arena Simulation within Rockwell Automation. Nancy has worked with Rockwell and the Arena Simulation group for over 25 years, where she applies simulation to a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, defense, and service sectors. She is the co-author of the Simulation with Arena textbook, with the 7th edition having just been released. She received her degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is an active member of both the Society of Women Engineers and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Nancy also serves as a member of the Industrial Engineering advisory board at Slippery Rock University. A native of the Pittsburgh area, she spends her free time on various hobbies, volunteering for STEM activities, traveling, and is the proud mother of two Pitt graduates, Ian (Chemist) and Anna (Chemical Engineering).
