Leaving school and starting a professional career brings all sorts of new challenges, as you face new environments, new responsibilities, and new teams. Finding the confidence to be heard and make an impact can feel overwhelming, but finding ways to practice speaking up can help you become a better engineer and leader. This session will focus on how you can build communication skills and grow your confidence through hobbies and organizations outside of work, with a focus on tabletop role playing games (Dungeons & Dragons).
