I am a 20 year old man from Sweden, after one year at the university,
I did get a work at an Apple Center. I'm working with technical support,
mainly graphx programs as QuarkXPress and Freehand and all the other
stuff, since this firm only work with the prepress industry. All day's I
sit in fron't of a 7100/80, and all night a CD32&SX-1 combination. I am
mostly at #theend since the #amiga channel often is full of people,
talking about interesting questions like "where can I find Mui?" and all
these dumb questions.

Hi. I used to be an insane Amiga fanatic. Now I'm just insane.
Seriously, tho, the Amiga will keep a warm place in my heart despite its
difficult history. The machine was really handled terribly by Commodore.
The OS still blows away anything else; unfortunately, software development
overall hasn't kept pace w/Mac & IBM. Hope to see it change. My
A3000/8/500 is waiting patiently to be fired up again.

I've been a happy Amiga owner since 1987 when I got my first A500. Since
then I've souped it up with a hard drive, cdrom, scanner, and a 030. Right
now I'm trying to get AmiTCP to work with a PPP connection to Compuserve for
about a month or so. Any ideas, e-mail me! I'm on IRC for a few hours every
day since I got SIRC to compile on my shell account. Other hobbies include
ray tracing, television production, and collecting MODS.

upgrade it this christmas and get myself Lightwave.
I am currently studying for a degree in Computer Science at

Failed rockstar rebuilds his life with aid of his trusty Amiga... For
the curious I run an A2000 with a GVP combo card (030 @ 40mhz) 16Meg of
fast Ram 1Meg of chip, 1Gb Hd, Emplant, Picasso and a A2386 Bridgeboard
with a cyrix 486 upgrade... You can call it a mongrel if you like, but
can you have all that fun with a PC? Nope.

I have a A4000/030/14megs. I do word processing, raytracing and try
to program. I live in a place where the Amiga is very unpopular, so my

a Amiga is not?
