Purposeful Penny

Until January 2010, Purposeful Penny collected about $540 mobilizing their members' personal networks and gatherings. Purposeful Penny seeks and expects a substantial increase in the amount of collection by mobilizing opportunities and channels afforded to the group by the university-certified student organization status.

Purposeful Penny selected Bright Kids-Uganda to donate first year's collected money. Bright Kids-Uganda is an orphanage that helps street kids and child refugees of war, by providing education opportunities, health service, and shelter.
