Larry Glickman is Professor of Epidemiology & Public Health at the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in West Lafayette, Indiana where he teaches in the graduate epidemiology and veterinary medical programs. As a veterinarian with a graduate degree in public health, it was natural for him to think about the nature of human-animal interactions and their consequences for human health.

Nita Glickman is a Research Scientist and Computer Analyst at the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in West Lafayette, Indiana where she teaches in the graduate epidemiology program and collaborates on clinical research studies. In addition to graduate degrees in computer science and public health, Nita is now pursuing a doctorate degree in educational technology. Her research topic concerns evaluation of distance learning programs.
