After the disaster, some governmental organizations provided lists of lost and injured people around the country and also put them on the Internet. That was a great and just in time work. But, because of incompleteness and unfamiliarity of people with services, it was effective for just about one quarter of people in need. So, its process should be evaluated and be improved.
