All of us in developing countries as health professionals have been trained and worked just to improve the health of population. It seems that there are some limitations to be as efficient as it is expected.

An Iranian proverb says: “The main enemy of human is lack of knowledge”. Our training will be outdated in short time. The high speed of science generation in the world in addition to ever changing health pattern in the communities with a lot of unanswered questions, do not let us cope with the dazzling speed of the world progress. This problem will be exaggerated when we do not have enough information access to high cost publications and also pioneer scientists, in addition to insufficient local experts.
