New instructors reduce preparation time and improve their lectures, as they can employ state of the art lectures from others. Owing to most Faculties in developing countries have access to current scientific information which they would not normally have. The concept of a library of lectures for all to use is in many ways similar to that of "freeware" or "open source software" on the computer which means one can easily pick out a lecture and customize its contents based on his educational needs without having to worry about accusation of piracy because of the copyright. This unlimited access to information leads to proliferation of knowledge and motivates more effective and active sharing of that among scientists all over the world.
