We conducted HLA-analysis in 1993-1994 according to standards of 11th International Histocompatibility Workshop.

We have revealed that some antigens were significantly often appeared among type 1 diabetics compare with healthy donors-inhabitants of Novosibirsk area. These antigens are:A10 (p<0,0005), A11 (p<0,05), A25(p<0,0001), A32(p<0,005), B8 (p<0,005), B15 (p<0,05), B18 (p<0,01), B51 (p<0,0001), Cw5 (p<0,05), DR3(p<0,05), DR4 (p<0,005), DR7 (p<0,05).  On the contrary, some antigens were estimated significantly rarely: Cw3 (p<0,005), Cw4 (p<0,0001), DR5 (p<0,05).
