degree of the above systems’ functions violation and their reserves. We shall estimate
the coefficient c with the help of following parameters: a total population, annual
population growth, percent of population urbanized, average annual growth rate, GNP per
capita, GNP per capita annual growth rate, human development index, unemployment rate,
total adult literacy rate, crude birth rate, crude death rate, maternal mortality, life
expectancy, total fertility rate, infant mortality. The observation of parameters,
