I am sure no one would have the stomach for two demos in one small 45 minute session (especially amidst a sequence of such extensive sessions) so we shall leave this one to be taken at leisure asynchronously on your own time. However i shall just introduce the patient’s story with a video here so that it gets tagged to your brain and acts as (if not anything else but) a reminder to look it up in detail later.
