무정부주의자들은 정치권력에 반항하여 폭력혁명을 일으킨다. 그들이 사용하는 한 방법이 공공관리들을 피살하는 것이다. (예. 대통령이나 지도자들의 살해) 테러리즘이 곧 성명(statement)이었다.
