In terms of the detective modalities: why screen? Because right now we are detecting a lot of advanced cancers when we don’t have much to offer. We can do much better if we pick up cancers early on. This is the latest data showing that a majority of cancers have already spread to the lymph nodes or are widely metastatic at the time of diagnosis.
