Fred Saberhagen has been on the fantasy and supernatural writing scene for over 20 years. His "Old Friend of the Family" first appeared in 1981, and the list of his Dracula books has grown to include 11 published titles. Mr. Saberhagen also has two other popular series — the Swords series, with 12 titles, and the Berserker series, consisting of another 11 books.
Before delighting fantasy, supernatural and sci-fi fans with the products of his vivid imagination, Mr. Saberhagen served in the U. S. Air Force, worked as a civilian electronics technician, and wrote and edited science and technology articles for the Encyclopedia Britannica.
