Picture of Susan Wittig Albert and Bill Albert, writing team called Robin PaigeSusan Wittig Albert and her husband Bill Albert teamed up to write their first Victorian mystery, "Death at Bishop's Keep," under the pseudonym of Robin Paige. Since its publication in 1994, "Death at Bishop's Keep" has been followed by 11 more titles.

In the Robin Paige Victorian mysteries, Kate Ardleigh Sheridan and Sir Charles Sheridan team up to solve problems by combining modern scientific techniques such as fingerprinting and forensic photography with the old, tried-and-true methods of observation and deductive reasoning. The series shows the Alberts' skill in research and knowledge of the era — the settings are vivid and the support characters often include real-life historical figures like Prince Edward Albert, Lillie Langtry and Arthur Conan Doyle.

In addition to writing with her husband as Robin Paige, Susan Albert Wittig has a 14 book series of stories referred to as the China Bayles mysteries, with another one scheduled for publication in 2007.
