Undergraduate Applicants

Undergraduate applicants are encouraged to apply online through the University of Pittsburgh Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.

Applying for a Certificate in Film Studies

The certificate in film studies is designed for the student who is majoring in another field, but wishes to do some concentrated work in film studies.

Students wishing to work toward a certificate in film studies should register with the English/Film Studies certificate advisors.

Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. citizens applying to the graduate program will need the International Graduate Student Supplemental Application Packet (PDF).
