Carbohydrate chemistry
- Carbohydrate quiz - this is a
short quiz that will test your ability to convert sugars between Fischer
projections and Hayworth projections.
- 3D Glucose cyclization animation
- this is an animated representation of glucose folding from the linear
to the cyclical conformation.

Glycolysis
- Follow the Carbon - Glycolysis -
Reference - this is a representation of the glycolysis pathway which
allows you to trance any of the carbons in the origional glucose molecule
throughout the pathway.

- Quiz - this quiz tests your ability to follow a labled carbon atom
throught the glycolysis pathway. You must know the names of the glycolysis-intermediates
to complete this quiz.

Citric Acid Cycle
- Citric Acid Cycle - Self Quiz -
allows you to test your knowledge of the intermediate-names and the names
of the enzymes that catalyze them. Write out the pathway a few times before
working with the applet.

Cofactors
- Cofactor-Matching Game - This game will give you practice for the "matching"
sections on your exams. This edition contains cofactors that you are responsible
for knowing on the midterm.

Practice Quizzes: These quizzes and exams come in three versions. The
interactive version allows you to test yourself online. The two "printer-friendly"
versions are the ones you should choose if you want to print out a copy
of the document. The "printer-friendly key" contains the quiz/exam
and solutions in printer-friendly format.
