This is just an example for South America. As a complementary measure test the
immunologic situation of: 1)all pregnant women, and vaccinate the seronegative
ones during puerperium. 2)reproductive age women of risk groups (physicians,
nurses, teachers), and vaccinate the seronegative ones or just vaccinate all
women in the risk group.
