Both Mantel Haenszel and Peto’s methods are popularly used. Mantel-Haenszel Method is a method of stratified analysis of data. In Meta-analysis, this is used to pool together the effects of individual studies. Peto’s Method is similar to Mantel Haenszel’s but computationally simpler.
