All of those studies have used self-report strategies, which we know are not the best strategies. Only one of them has addressed the remediation of poor adherence. All of them have used some form of education, counseling, or behavioral strategies. All of them have addressed one medication with one disorder, even though the patients themselves may have had multiple disorders and multiple regimens.
