In celebration of Pittsburgh’s 250th Anniversary, The Good Life pays tribute to the city’s illustrious history. The popular “New World” Symphony was inspired by Dvorák’s visit to America. To round out a trio of tributes John Adams’ Slonimsky’s Earbox was influenced by Stravinsky’s driving rhythms.
