A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
-Steve Prefontaine

I am a runner turned cyclist, now turned duathlete. My freshman year in college I ran cross country for my first college, East Stroudsburg University and after transferring out to I picked up cycling. Last year in the collegiate cycling season I rode in my first race in the Philly Phyler and placed 13th in my category, which was my top finish all season. This year I am a Category 4 racer and a collegiate category C racer. I have recently started training for duathlons and ran in the Great Race 10k this year helping Panther Cycling win the collegiate championship.
