Here's an illustrative example from a 35 year old man who was noticed to have an equine gait and when further probed into the aetiology of his equine gait our team discovered that this was due to an injection palsy.  The patient's inputs were gathered into a raw blogged format after de-identification and informed consent based on a case-reports model followed by a deliberation by our global network physicians around how best to tailor his current requirements to his values and resources.
