Finally this case was published after 9 revisions within almost a year after submission. Bhavik from BJMC, Ahmedabad and Chase from Brigham's Boston were the EBVs any institute would be proud of. In a short stay with us they nearly did everything we could expect from ideal EBVs. They dug into most of our cases and discussed them thread bare with different experts, all the while mindful of the patient values and context in which available evidence could be utilized.
