In addition to the Concept Dictionary, MCHP maintains several other dictionaries to facilitate the research process. Where relevant, cross-references between dictionaries, and to other MCHP pages or external sites are made. Two such dictionaries are:

1. Glossary - provides brief definitions of terms and concepts used frequently in MCHP research and literature.

2. Data Dictionaries - highly valued among information systems users. MCHP has separate data dictionaries for each major set of data (e.g. hospital, medical, physician). This is available only internally.
