Aflatoxin contamination of foodstuffs and its affect on human and animal health is a complex issue.  It is only by understanding its epidemiology that holistic solutions can be found. By understanding and educating stakeholders on the interconnectedness of humans, animals, and the environment, it becomes possible to find solutions that address each of the contributing factors.
