Jorge Bracamonte. Lima, Peru. Historian and political activist. He studied at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and El Colegio de México. In 2006, he was the Socialist Party's candidate to the Andean Parliament. In 2003 Bracamonte led the Movimiento Homosexual de Lima (MOHL). He is now the ILTGA-LAC Regional Advisor for the Andean area.
